It has been an amazing summer here in the Bay of Plenty of most things. We have done heaps of boogie boarding in both small waves and some rather big ones. Exhilarating indeed and our happy place.
We are coming to the end of the summer produce and this week getting gardens ready for Autumn and Winter crops. Seed sowing this weekend, so hoping for a reduction in the numbers of white butterflies. The pumpkin leaves are dying back so we are getting to see how many pumpkins we have. Kumara have a way to go yet but we are hoping for a good harvest.
These tasty tiny tomatoes have been a great success. They are gardeners Delight, grown from Kings Seeds, right here i Katikati http://www.kingsseeds.co.nz While I do take some of the credit, I must also give some to MyNoke Vermicompost http://www.mynoke.co.nz. A great product and very environmentally friendly.
Our herbs are still growing so we will get another harvest off most of them. The turmeric if looking vibrant healthy so we will have plenty for our Turmeric cream, (great for any inflammation) and Ultra Mag; an awesome combination of Magnesium cream and Turmeric. Great for after a workout or a hard day surfing or gardening. http://www.happyhorizons.co.nz/ultra-mag-sports-cream

Share the love
We know Happy Horizons Magnesium Cream is the bee’s knees so we want to encourage you to spread the word. So why not buy a pot for a friend and share the love?
Until the end of March 2022, you can purchase two 120g Magnesium Creams for only $48 – a saving of $9.50.
What an amazing gift for someone in your life who has trouble sleeping, restless legs or any of the other symptoms of magnesium deficiency.
To increase your magnesium levels quickly put the cream on the inside of wrists and elbows and behind the knees. If you feel that your levels are low, then you can apply in these areas and elsewhere 3 times a day. We are confident that you will see your symptoms ease. At that point you can use once a day. If you suffer from insomnia, restless legs or night cramps we suggest you apply the cream before going to bed. Apply it directly on the areas where you get cramps.
