Can I return my order?

Our priority is that you are happy with your purchase. If you have concerns about the quality of the product then please use the Contact Us page of the website, telling us your concerns. We will address all concerns within 3 working days. Any issues around quality will only be addressed within 3 months of you receiving your product. Important: Please note we have recommended storage temperatures on most of our products. If they get too cold or too hot then the consistency will change. This is not a fault - it is a trade-off for the purity and minimal number of ingredients We do not offer refunds but instead will replace product if we consider concerns to be genuine. We may ask you to return unused product before we can issue a replacement. Please note if you purchased the product from one of our retail outlets, then you will have to contact them and their policy will apply.

Do you accept change of mind returns?

We do not offer refunds or replacements if you have changed your mind for any reason. However, we are happy for you to cancel or amend your order before it is despatched.

When can I return an item that I am not happy with?

If a product is faulty or we have made a mistake and sent an incorrect product, we will correct this at our expense, including send you a Courier pack to return the product to us.

What condition must the items be in to be accepted for return?

In the event that you have to return your order, the product must be free of any damage to container or label. If there is a problem with the product, we will discuss this with you and act in good faith to rectify any issues.

How can I show proof of purchase?

For online orders, please quote your order number. For purchases made at the markets, please come us talk to us at the market and bring the item with you.

What items are not eligible for a return?

We do not take returns back if you have changed your mind about a product after it has been dispatched.

How do you deal with faulty returns under the Guarantees act?

Providing the fault is our doing, we replace the product free of charge.
